Riverside High School has high expectations for our students and multiple structures in place to help them meet those expectations.
Whether helping students monitor their academic progress in Advisory or giving parents easy access to PowerSchool data, students, teachers and parents have resources to identify when extra support is needed.
All Riverside High School students are assigned an academic advisor. This advisor will assist students in developing a four-year academic plan and choosing appropriate courses as well as advising them on daily academic issues that arise.
All Riverside High School students are assigned a school counselor. Herron High School’s school counselors provide a comprehensive counseling program that supports students personal/social, college/career, and academic growth and prepares them for a future life of leadership and service.
